Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking candidates for its Manager Development Program designed to equip trainees with customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations experience over 10-12 months.

During the program, you'll gain hands‑on exposure, earn competitive pay and incentives, and have a clear path to leadership as you relocate and advance within the company.

On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours as operations require.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegation and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop leadership skills across recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
