The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Pastry Cook in Savannah, GA to learn under a seasoned Pastry Chef, preparing and baking desserts and pastries in line with the chef's vision.

We value a minimum of 1 year pastry kitchen experience, a positive energy, and the ability to read baking directions. You must communicate effectively with management and teammates and have a flexible schedule including holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of pastry kitchen experience required.
• Ability to read and understand basic baking directions.
• Strong communication with managers and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina for standing/walking for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all dessert and baked items on the menu using standard recipes.
• Adhere to portion sizes, methods, standards and kitchen rules.
• Complete daily prep and closing checklists; maintain a clean, sanitary station.
• Promptly report shortages or equipment issues to Pastry Chef or manager-on-duty.
