Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our on-site team in Georgia. You will learn from a seasoned Pastry Chef, prep and bake desserts, and execute the Pastry Chef's vision while sharpening your skills.

We value a positive, team-driven attitude and require at least one year in a pastry kitchen. The role supports a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a pastry kitchen.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to read and understand basic baking directions.
• Demonstrates positive energy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dessert and baked goods per our Standard Recipe Card.
• Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies.
• Complete a Daily Prep List and Closing Checklist for each shift and maintain a clean, sanitary station.
• Promptly report shortages, equipment issues or food quality concerns to Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
