The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Savannah is seeking a Lead Pastry Cook to join our dessert operation and help bring the Pastry Chef’s vision to life. You will learn from an experienced Pastry Chef while preparing and baking pastries and desserts for the menu.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a can-do attitude; you will work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pastry kitchen experience.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand baking directions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all dessert and baked goods for the menu using standard recipes.
• Adhere to portion sizes, methods, standards, and kitchen policies; perform duties under Pastry Chef or manager-on-duty.
• Complete a Daily Prep List and Closing Checklist for each shift; maintain a clean, sanitary workstation in accordance with regulations.
• Report shortages, equipment issues, or food quality problems to Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
