Qualifications

• Two years pastry experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Graduate of an Apprenticeship or accredited Culinary School preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes, cookies, pies, puddings, or desserts as listed.
• Maintain a professional attitude and wear proper uniform.
• Follow supervisor guidance and use approved procedures for storage and labeling.
• Date and label all items going into freezer and walk-in; rotate stock accordingly.
• Clean small equipment after use and maintain a tidy workstation.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and protect guests and property.
