Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore is seeking a Pastry Cook II to prepare and bake cakes, cookies, pies, and desserts for a luxury hotel setting in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role requires two years of pastry experience in a high-volume kitchen and prefers hotel experience along with upscale dining exposure.

You'll join a polished culinary team, work evenings 2:00pm–10:30pm, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences at a landmark resort.

Qualifications

• Two years pastry experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Upscale / luxury dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in uniform.
• Prepare pastries as listed on production sheets.
• Rotate stock and ensure proper dating and labeling.
• Follow food handler guidelines and safety procedures.
• Work 2:00pm–10:30pm, full-time evenings, weekends and holidays.
