Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Pastry Cook III for the iconic Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The role involves producing baked goods for outlets, assisting with banquet production and brunches, and maintaining production pars with quality standards.

You will work in a luxury resort environment within a renowned hospitality group. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of pastry experience in a professional kitchen, hotel or resort background, and prefer upscale dining.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year pastry experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen.
• Hotel/resort experience and upscale dining experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items listed on the production sheet.
• Date and label all items going into freezer and walk-in; clean as you go.
• Store all items in approved containers that are wrapped, dated and labeled.
• Follow food handler’s guidelines and safety policies.
• Rotate oldest stock first; confirm freshness with chef if unsure.
• Clean small equipment after use (mixers, buffalo choppers, etc.).
• Maintain professional attitude, appearance and adherence to resort policies.
