Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items according to guest orders, maintain quality and presentation.
• Set up station for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service; complete mise en place.
• Operate and clean equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, mixers, and slicers.
• Rotate and date food items, manage waste, and assist in cost control.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and comply with standards.
