Four Seasons in Atlanta is looking for a culinary professional to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders, following production standards and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.

You will set up mis en place, operate and clean a range of kitchen equipment, rotate perishables, and work with a team to deliver luxury dining experiences. Prior culinary experience is required with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or culinary school or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year culinary or related work experience.
• Skills: Knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders following production requirements and quality standards; ensure a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Set up station and complete mis en place for service.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment safely (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill).
• Date and rotate perishables; manage stock, shortages, and plan production to reduce waste.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and collaborate respectfully with co-workers and supervisors.
