Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items according to guest orders and recipes, ensure quality and presentation.
• Set up and maintain mise en place across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment; monitor temperatures and sanitation.
• Rotate stock, check for perishables, and assist in food cost control.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
• Collaborate professionally with team members and supervisors.
