Four Seasons is seeking a kitchen professional to prepare pastry items and station setups for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in our Atlanta location. You will manage mise en place, monitor portions, and ensure quality across all dishes.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of culinary experience, strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, and a collaborative mindset to work with a high-caliber team in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or culinary school/inst.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
• Advanced culinary knowledge preferred; on-the-job learning common

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items according to guest orders and standards; set up stations for service.
• Start items prepared ahead of time to meet demand.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment like fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, and ovens.
• Date and rotate perishables; monitor temperatures and inventory; assist in cost control.
• Comply with work rules and standards; maintain professional conduct with colleagues.
• Collaborate harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
