Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time line cooks to join our in-venue kitchen team. You will oversee meal preparation from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery across hot and cold stations.

The role requires focus, speed, and a strong commitment to kitchen standards. Applicants should have at least 1 year of baker/pastry experience or related Tao Group Hospitality exposure; previous high-volume restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year baker/pastry experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience required
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the station’s workflow and ensure meals are prepared and plated on time
• Ensure quality and consistency of all menu items
• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold; work across all kitchen stations
• Follow POS orders accurately and communicate with expeditor
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station
• Lead by example and support teammates while following company standards
• Communicate product needs to chefs and staff
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock mise en place
