Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a capable line cook to support high-volume venues. You will prepare hot and cold dishes, maintain station readiness, and follow all Tao standards for portioning, taste, and plating.

You’ll collaborate with chefs and staff, manage station setup, and adhere to sanitation guidelines. Prior experience in busy nightlife or hospitality environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year line cook experience, relevant education equivalent or Tao Group Hospitality experience required.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold. Work across stations.
• Accurately follow orders from POS system and expeditor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station.
• Follow recipes to Tao Group Hospitality standards and ensure portion size, taste and plating.
• Set up station and perform opening/closing procedures, including mise en place and FIFO.
• Communicate product needs to chefs and support staff.
• Report breakage or damage of equipment or furniture.
• Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions as applicable.
