Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is hiring a Line Cook to ensure quality, consistency and production of all food items across stations. You will prepare hot and cold dishes, follow recipes to TAO Standards, and maintain cleanliness while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year line cook experience, with preference for those from high-volume venues. Training is provided; flexibility for extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year line cook experience required
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold.
• Follow FIFO and company standards for mise en place.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and communicate with teammates.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and stock station.
• Communicate product needs to the chefs and support staff
