Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time culinary team members to support the heart-of-house with food preparation of hot and cold items, ensuring quality, consistency, and production to company standards. You will interact with team members and management to provide gracious hospitality and maintain kitchen operations.

The role requires previous prep or line cook experience, with preference for high-volume culinary operation exposure.

Qualifications

• Previous prep or line cook experience required.
• Experience as a prep and/or line cook in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food items following recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station, kitchen, and venue.
• Marinating and cooking food items as needed.
• Set up prep station and perform opening/closing side-work.
• Communicate product needs to chefs and team members.
