Tao Group Hospitality in New York, NY, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen at 30 Hudson Yards. You will oversee cooking processes from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency of all menu items and working across all kitchen stations.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.
• Must be able to move quickly.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold, across stations.
• Follow orders from POS system and expeditor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the station.
• Assist and support team members and communicate with management.
• Set up and close the station per procedures.
• Report any breakage or damage immediately.
