Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality seeks a dedicated line cook to ensure meals leave the kitchen on time while upholding quality and consistency. You will manage all aspects of food preparation, from hot and cold stations to proper mise en place and timely execution of orders.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year baker/pastry or Tao experience and have worked in high-volume venues. This full-time position requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year baker/pastry experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and kitchen directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods hot and cold, following recipes to company standards.
• Oversee station setup and maintain mise en place.
• Accurately follows orders from POS system and expeditor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station.
• Communicate with chefs and staff, supporting a team-driven environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as directed.
