Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is hiring a line cook for a high-volume venue in New York City. You will prepare hot and cold dishes, set up your station, and work with the culinary team to ensure TAO standards are met throughout service.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year of line cook experience, familiarity with fast-paced environments, and the ability to follow standardized recipes and food-safety guidelines. In-venue training is provided as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year line cook experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow TAO standards and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes.
• Set up and stock station with prescribed supplies.
• Follow FIFO and maintain sanitation at station.
• Ensure accurate portioning and plating to TAO standards.
• Communicate with chefs and teammates to support service.
