Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a dedicated line cook to support high-volume venues in New York. You will prep food hot and cold, follow TAO standards, and maintain sanitation across your assigned station.

You will also stock, mise en place, and collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of line cook experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year line cook experience or equivalent required.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.
• Able to follow recipes and TAO Standards; sanitation knowledge and hygiene practices.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold, across stations.
• Follow orders from POS system and expeditor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station.
• Set up and break down station; stock supplies and mise en place.
• Communicate product needs to chefs and support staff.
• Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions.
