Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time team members to manage food preparation, execution, and station upkeep in a high-volume venue in New York City. The role requires culinary line cook experience and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule alongside a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include following orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting chefs and staff to ensure timely service. Training aligns with Tao Group Hospitality standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly.
• Ability to work quickly in a busy setting.
• Wamiliar with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold, and oversee the cooking process.
• Follow all POS orders and expeditor directions accurately.
• Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation.
• Coordinate with chefs and staff to ensure timely meal service.
• Set up and close stations per management instructions, FIFO compliant.
• Communicate product needs to kitchen staff and management.
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and training sessions.
