Sur La Table is seeking a Chef Instructor, Pastry to be the in-store pastry expert, delivering hands-on classes and providing personalized instruction. You will teach baking fundamentals, pastry techniques, and related product knowledge to inspire customers and drive sales of bakeware and decorating tools.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, high standard service, and collaboration with store teams to create memorable experiences while supporting culinary programs.

Competenze

• Must be 21+ years old at time of employment.
• A culinary arts degree is preferred; extensive culinary experience may substitute.
• 1–2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
