Job summary

Expect to review questions, write rubrics, and evaluate AI responses with meticulous accuracy. You will contribute by drafting clear guidelines covering forms, fees, ID documents, and minor applications, while collaborating asynchronously with the team.

Responsibilities

• Review sample passport questions and flag any that don’t sound like real applicants.
• Write rubrics that define a correct answer on applications, renewals, and replacements, including forms, fees, and processing options.
• Cover identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors in your rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.

You’ll use your front-counter experience to check that questions sound like real applicants and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters.
