Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review sample passport questions and flag items that do not sound like real applicants.
• Write rubrics detailing correct answers for new applications, renewals, and replacements.
• Cover identity and citizenship docs, photo requirements, and minors in rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers against rubrics and flag errors or outdated guidance.
• Provide clear written feedback to the project team.
