Swissport Seattle is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to provide passenger services including reservations, ticketing, baggage processing and check-in in a fast-paced aviation environment. The role pays $21.50/hour and is full-time with comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, be adaptable to varying workloads, and support passengers such as VIPs and those needing special assistance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across languages.
• Willingness to learn airline reservation/ticketing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule as needed.
• Manage baggage processing and fee calculation.
• Assist passengers with check-in, VIPs, and special needs.
• Direct passengers through Customs/Immigration and security requirements.
• Operate jet way and reservation software.
• Produce required work-related documentation.
