Job summary

Koch Air LLC is seeking an HVAC Parts & Supplies Sales Territory Manager for the Evansville market. You will drive parts and supplies sales within an assigned territory and also generate Payne Residential equipment sales, reporting to Residential Sales Manager.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors to grow revenue and margins. The role requires 1–2 years of HVAC sales experience, solid negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to analyze

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HVAC experience in sales or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Prefer 2 years of HVAC sales experience with vendors, contractors, or owners.

Responsibilities

• Generate Parts & Supplies sales within an assigned territory to achieve sales and margin growth for new and existing customers.
• Generate Payne Residential equipment sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Conduct or attend sales and training meetings with customers.
• Survey market to detect business trends and opportunities for competitive pricing and sales forecasts.

• Generate Parts & Supplies sales within an assigned territory to achieve both sales and margin growth for new and existing customers.
• In addition to Parts and Supplies, this role will be responsible for generating Payne Residential equipment sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Conduct or attend sales and training meetings with customers
• Survey market to detect business trends and opportunities for competitive pricing and sales forecasts
• Promote Koch Air advertising and promotional programs

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• 1-2 years of HVAC experience including, but not limited to, inside or outside sales, project management, equipment installation
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Prefer 2 years of HVAC Sales experience working directly with vendors, contractors, owners
