Air Equipment Company of Louisville, KY, a veteran HVAC solutions firm, is seeking a Parts Account Manager to promote and sell OEM and aftermarket parts within a fast-growing manufacturer’s rep organization. You will build long-term customer relationships, collaborate across business streams, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Role requires 4–6 years of parts sales experience and a degree in business or related field; travel and occasional after-hours events are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• HVAC/Construction/Parts industry experience is a plus
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills with demonstrated ability to influence others
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Identify parts sales opportunities with new and existing customers
• Build partnering relationships with customers and decision-makers
• Develop relationships with key players in customer operations
• Manage sales growth plans for assigned accounts
• Visit and support customer accounts
• Sell OEM and aftermarket parts & supplies
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Present product offerings and promotions
• Occasionally attend events outside normal hours
• Travel with some overnight travel
