Benoist Brothers Supply Co. is hiring an HVAC Territory Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in the Evansville, IN region. You will develop new business, manage accounts, and drive growth of HVAC products and solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC or related B2B sales experience, strong knowledge of HVAC systems, and excellent communication and presentation skills. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring travel within the territory.

Competenze

• Proven HVAC sales or related field experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and industry standards.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory goals.
• Identify and target new business opportunities including HVAC contractors, engineers and facility managers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through product support and service.
• Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and technical consultations.
