Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training is provided for various in-store tasks and services.

The role includes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling payments, exchanges, returns, and processing calls. You will help with stock, planograms, and occasional delivery duties as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Serve professional customers as needed and directed.
• Answer phones per company policy, lookup parts and quote prices.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasional delivery driving when needed.
