The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, assisting professional customers, processing payments, and handling exchanges.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in their selection of merchandise.
• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and related selling practices.
• Assist professional customers and installer service specialists as needed and directed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle exchanges/returns for credit per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Maintain daily image maker and planogram updates; stock and front shelves.
• Perform inventory tasks and stock adjustments as needed.
• Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, test batteries, codes, headlights).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as business dictates.
