Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and handling transactions accurately.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; familiarity with automotive parts and sales is a plus. Duties include stock duties, planogram updates, and occasional vehicle-related in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, credit transactions and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls and lookup parts/prices as required.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and store cleanliness; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Operate store equipment after training and safety requirements.
