O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will assist professionals, process transactions, and help with merchandising, floor stock, and daily operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, resolving complaints, and performing in-store services as trained.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Process transactions and handle cash securely.
• Answer store calls per policy and quote parts.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Assist with planogram updates and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
