Job summary

Hussey Seating Company is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join the dealer parts team in North Berwick, ME. The role focuses on renovation and repair of telescope platforms and fixed chairs, handling quotes, part recommendations, and coordination across engineering, planning, and shipping to support a fast, accurate quote-to-cash process.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in customer service or sales, and strong skills in MS Office,

Qualifications

• 2-year technical associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, data entry or customer support roles.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume customer interaction with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely part quotations based on customer requirements.
• Review requests, drawings, photos and equipment info to identify parts and components.
• Research parts availability, pricing, substitutions and lead times through internal systems and supplier resources.
• Provide customers with detailed quotes, pricing and product recommendations.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and resolve questions with technically sound solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to respond to technical questions quickly to ensure high service levels.
• Coordinate with customers, planners, engineering, drafting, accounting, and shipping for quote-to-cash cycle.
• Be main contact for customers regarding quotes, order status, and delivery communications.
• Assist with order entry and ensure accuracy and budget adherence.
