Job summary

Hussey Seating Company is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage key dealer accounts across North America. You will quote and position Hussey’s seating products, interpret drawings, and collaborate with multiple teams to win bids and drive sales.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, familiarity with quoting software (Configure One preferred), and knowledge of construction/architectural products. Competitive pay and a strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Sales or related professional experience.
Experience with quoting software, preferably Configure One.
Knowledge of Building, Construction and Architectural products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop quotations for Hussey telescopic and fixed seating product families for the Dealer Sales Channel.
Interpret architectural drawings and product specifications.
Collaborate with Drafting, Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, and Scheduling.
Identify pricing requests requiring non-standard configurations or accessories.
Offer value-added selling advice to dealers and Hussey for success.
Make pricing decisions based on competitive intel and bidding landscape.
Educate Dealers on Hussey’s electronic sales tools, quoting, and order processing systems.
Follow up on active quote opportunities to achieve monthly sales goals.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
