Qualifications

• ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read catalogs or computer displays to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
• Determine required replacement parts from inspections, requests, or descriptions.
• Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
• Fill customer orders from stock and prepare tickets.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Advise customers on substitutions when exact replacements are unavailable.
• Examine returned parts for defects and exchange or refund.
• Mark and store parts in stockrooms and discuss features to customers.
• Demonstrate parts and functionality, place new merchandise on display.
• Measure parts with precision instruments to assess machinable sizes.
