Qualifications

• HS or equivalent; Tech or College preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service with parts distribution experience.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with parts distribution software.

Responsibilities

• Listen and communicate with customers to determine the problem and resolution.
• Consult price books, catalogs, and stock records to determine price and availability; call vendors for freight charges as needed.
• Transact requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and transfers; audit inventory daily.
• Receive materials from vendors; complete paperwork for accounting; reconcile discrepancies after review.
