Pape’ Material Handling is seeking a Parts Sales Counterperson II to assist customers at the counter or by phone, ensuring they get the right parts for maintenance and repair. You will translate technical details into actionable parts support and build client relationships.

You will also manage inventory accuracy, handle orders, and support related parts and operational tasks to keep workflow efficient and customer-focused.

Qualifikationen

• 3 or more years of parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of parts inventory.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.

• Be the go-to parts expert for customers at the counter or over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations, including complex parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and process incoming orders.
• Enter and maintain environmental data in spreadsheets and support other parts tasks.
