• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure all parts operations meet high standards of accuracy and service.
• Assist internal teams with parts information, ordering, and availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

All Roads is hiring a Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support continued growth. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, mentor staff, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring all parts functions are completed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.
Competitive salary plus monthly commission
Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings
