Job summary

All Roads Trucks in Landover seeks an experienced Parts Specialist to coordinate and sell heavy equipment parts to internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy and outstanding service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with part selections, pricing, upselling, handling calls and emails, and supporting technicians by sourcing required parts. Forklift operation may be required; OSHA-compliant handling expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment parts preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and assist team members.
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting parts and provide accurate pricing.
• Advise customers on companion parts and upsell specials.
• Answer telephone, greet in person and respond to emails promptly.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts.
• Support technicians by retrieving and ordering parts for work orders.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

We are searching for an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Compensation $20 hourly plus commission (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
• Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
