All Roads Trucks in Landover, MD is seeking an Outside Parts Sales representative to grow our heavy‑duty parts business. The role targets fleets, repair facilities, and municipalities, focusing on relationship building and closing parts sales in a designated territory.

The ideal candidate has prior parts sales experience, a go‑getter attitude, and a clean driving record. This full‑time position offers base plus commission with an OTE around $85,000 and local travel up to 80%.

Description

We are searching for an Outside Sales/Parts Rep to join our growing team. Ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude and previous parts experience. This role is responsible for building relationships and selling heavy duty truck parts in a designated territory. Sales experience preferred, excellent attitude required. Must be 21 with have a clean driving record and insurable by our carrier.

Compensation & Schedule

Base + Commission. OTE is 85,000
Monday - Friday FT, no nights or weekends
