Job summary

All Roads Trucks is seeking an Outside Sales/Parts Rep to join our growing team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate has parts experience and a go-getter attitude, with the ability to build relationships and sell heavy duty truck parts in a defined territory.

Base salary plus commission with an OTE of 65,000. Requires 21+ years old with a clean driving record and insurability by our carrier. Frequent local travel is expected; Monday to Friday, full time.

Qualifications

• Must have prior parts experience and territory sales experience.
• Kenworth/Ford parts knowledge is a plus.
• Must be 21 with a clean driving record and insurable by carrier.
• Strong relationship-building and go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate parts sales to fleets, repair facilities, municipalities and other organizations.
• Ability to utilize customer relationship management systems (CDK, Salesforce).
• Desire to learn; on-line and in-person training opportunities.
• Ability to ask for the parts sale and close the deal.
• Be dependable, enthusiastic and competitive.
• Other duties as needed.

We are searching for an Outside Sales/Parts Rep to join our growing team. Ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude and previous parts experience. This role is responsible for building relationships and selling heavy duty truck parts in a designated territory. Prior Kenworth/Ford parts experience as well as territory sales is ideal. Must be 21 with have a clean driving record and insurable by our carrier.

Compensation & Schedule

Base + Commission. OTE is 65,000

Monday - Friday FT, no nights or weekends

Travel

Frequent local travel to customer’s locations is required, approximately 80%.
