Vermeer All Roads All Roads in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a bilingual Parts Counter specialist who speaks Spanish and enjoys working with the public. You will coordinate and sell heavy-duty and heavy-equipment parts to internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

The role offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with base salary plus commission and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and assist team members
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
• Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Are you a parts guru who enjoys working with the public? We are growing and searching for a Spanish speaking, experienced Parts Specialist. Bring your researching and problem-solving skills to make an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy‑duty and heavy‑equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Schedule & Compensation

• Base salary plus monthly commission of $60k all in
• Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!
