Job summary

All Roads Westminster is seeking a Parts Counter rep to help customers find the right truck parts and coordinate sales to internal and external buyers. Heavy‑duty parts experience is a plus and strong product knowledge is valued.

You will provide price quotes, process payments, manage back‑orders, and upsell related parts. The role requires good organization, clear communication, and the ability to lift 50–80 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in heavy duty parts sales preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and assist team members.
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts.
• Upsell specials and inform customers of related parts.
• Provide price quotes, receive payments, and obtain credit authorizations.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts to keep customers informed.
• Apply latest industry trends and technical advancements in daily work.
• Coordinate procurement of necessary parts with the assistant parts manager.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Do you enjoy finding the right part for your customer? Are you the go-to for all things related to truck parts? All Roads Trucks Westminster is searching for a Parts Counter rep to assist our customers. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. Heavy duty experience is a plus!

Compensation

$20 hourly plus commission (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers in selecting required parts
2. Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
3. Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
4. Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
5. Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
6. Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
7. All other duties as assigned
