All Roads is seeking an Outside Parts Sales representative to grow our heavy duty truck parts business within a defined territory. The ideal candidate will build relationships with fleets, repair facilities and municipal customers, and consistently close parts deals.

This is a full-time role with base pay plus commission and an OTE of up to 100,000. Expect frequent local travel (about 80%) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k and paid time off.

We are searching for an Outside Sales/Parts Rep to join our growing team. Ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude and previous parts experience. This role is responsible for building relationships and selling heavy duty truck parts in a designated territory. Prior Ford parts experience as well as territory sales is ideal. Must be 21 with have a clean driving record and insurable by our carrier.

Compensation & Schedule

Base + Commission. OTE is up to 100,000

Monday - Friday FT, no nights or weekends
