Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by efficiently ordering, receiving, stocking, and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify parts accuracy, manage vendor communications, and support the shop with timely parts availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts; auto body parts bonus.
• Customer service oriented and organized to manage pressure and priorities.
• I-Car registration in progress (Gold Class preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders and confirm quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and note price changes.
• Monitor parts performance and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Post and file invoices and credits promptly.
• Verify negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
