Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Parts Coordinator to enhance the customer experience by expertly ordering, receiving, storing and returning parts for each repair order. The role drives efficiency by ensuring accurate parts matching to repair needs and timely delivery to the shop.

You will verify quality, manage invoices in the MIS, track parts by RO number, and communicate price changes to the team.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-CAR registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate all customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts; verify quality, correctness and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by the RO# and store with the vehicle/repair schedule.
• Monitor and communicate Parts Price Changes (PPI) to the team.
• Ensure vendor invoices and credits are posted and filed timely.
