Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify part accuracy, maintain stock, and ensure timely distribution to the shop per the production schedule.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and organizational skills, with I-Car registration in progress. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in automotive parts industry preferred; body parts knowledge a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills under pressure.
• I-Car registration in progress (Gold Class preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts orders, receipt, storage, and distribution for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy/quality of parts upon receipt and align with production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track parts by RO number.
• Communicate parts price changes to team members and vendors.
