Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify parts accuracy, maintain inventory, and ensure timely distribution to the shop while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience, strong customer service orientation, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands.
I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

Execute WOW plan consistently.
Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
Work with vendors to order/receive parts, confirming quality, correctness and quantity.
Ensure timely parts distribution to shop per production schedule.
Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
Label and track parts by the RO number and store with vehicle/repairs; communicate Parts Price Changes.
Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS; monitor performance and reconcile invoices.
Post and file invoices and credit memos promptly.
Ensure negotiated discounts are applied to vendor invoices to maintain margins.
