Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy, quality, and timeliness to meet the production schedule and vehicle needs.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, managing invoices in the MIS, and maintaining accurate parts tracking and pricing. A dynamic, team-focused environment supports growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate all customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts with vendors; verify quality and quantity for repairs.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule; update MIS with invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO number; communicate PPI changes to team.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in MIS; monitor parts performance.
• Post and file invoices and credits on time; reconcile vendor invoices.
• Keep negotiated discounts to protect margins.
