Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts for repair orders. You’ll verify quality and quantity to ensure timely service and a smooth customer experience.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail; I-CAR certification is a plus. Our team emphasizes WOW standards and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule.
• Order and receive parts from vendors; track parts by RO number.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and reconcile vendor histories.
• Label and store parts with vehicle and repairs; manage stock.
• Communicate price changes to team members and adjust orders.
• Support daily operations and ensure timely parts distribution.
