Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Palm Harbor, FL seeks a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching of parts for repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.

You will work with MIS systems, vendors, and shop teams to verify quantities, process invoices, track parts by RO number, and support a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• I-Car Registered or working towards Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, and dispatch parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received and track by RO number.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and manage price changes.
• Communicate customer requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain organized parts storage and support shop production schedule.
